You must be authorized to enter into a legally binding agreement and comply with applicable laws to use our services. Organizations and individuals using our solutions should provide accurate registration information and maintain account security.

Users must be at least 16 years old to create an account or engage paid services directly. If you are under 16, please have a parent or legal guardian contact us.

Our services must be used lawfully and in accordance with applicable regulations. You may not use our AI tools for unlawful surveillance, automated defamation, or activities that infringe privacy or human rights.

Availability of certain services may be limited by local law or export rules. By engaging our services you confirm compliance with any local import, export, and data transfer regulations for Thailand and any other jurisdictions involved.

Account responsibilities

When you register for an account with aileadva you agree to maintain accurate information and to prevent unauthorized access. Account holders are responsible for all activity under their accounts.

You must provide complete and accurate information during account setup and keep it updated. We may suspend access if information appears inaccurate or fraudulent.

Protect your login credentials and notify us immediately of any suspected compromise. We employ industry-standard security measures but you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing with aileadva.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches of these terms, unlawful activity, or security concerns. We will provide notice when feasible unless immediate action is required.

Services provided

aileadva provides AI software development, model deployment, data pipeline integration, consulting, and related services. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in project agreements or service orders.

We may update features, interfaces, or integrations to reflect improvements or compliance requirements. Material changes affecting subscriptions will be communicated in advance.

We strive for high availability of our cloud services and managed solutions, but availability is subject to scheduled maintenance, third-party dependencies, and force majeure events.

Usage rules

To maintain a safe and reliable service, users must follow rules governing acceptable use, security, and legal compliance.

• Do not use services to violate laws or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass security of our systems.
• Do not upload malicious code, malware, or data that could harm service integrity.
• Respect intellectual property and attribution requirements for data and models.
• Do not engage in abusive, harassing, or discriminatory behavior toward individuals or groups.
• Follow any additional rules published for specific integrations or partner platforms.

User content

User content means data, prompts, or materials you provide while using our services. You retain ownership of your content subject to any licenses you grant to enable the service.

You warrant that you have the necessary rights to the content you submit and that processing the content does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.

By submitting content, you grant aileadva a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use the content as necessary to provide the services, including training for your custom models if explicitly agreed.

You are responsible for ensuring that user content complies with these terms and applicable laws. We may remove content that violates rules or poses security or legal risks.

We may suspend or remove user content in response to legal requests or where content breaches these terms. You may request deletion of your data subject to retention requirements and operational constraints.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the services, platform, software, and documentation provided by aileadva remain with us or our licensors, except for content you submit which remains your property subject to the license granted herein.

• Do not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary software except as expressly permitted in writing.
• Do not remove or alter any proprietary notices or marks from materials provided by aileadva.
• If bespoke work is commissioned, ownership and licensing terms will be set out in the project agreement.

Paid services

Paid services include bespoke AI development projects, managed deployments, subscription access to tools, and professional support. Specific terms, deliverables, and payment schedules are set in service agreements.

Pricing is set out in quotes or our pricing pages and may vary by scope and integrations. Custom projects are priced based on defined requirements and resource estimates.

Payments are due as specified in invoices or agreements. We accept bank transfers and other agreed payment methods. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.

Subscriptions renew according to the billing frequency you select. To cancel a subscription, follow the cancellation procedure in your account or contact [email protected].

Refunds are evaluated case-by-case and are subject to the terms of your service agreement. We aim to resolve billing disputes fairly and promptly.

Cancellation terms depend on the service. For project work, termination provisions in the project contract apply. For subscriptions, cancellation may take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

Prices may exclude taxes, duties, or levies required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices, with notice provided for subscription increases in accordance with your agreement.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. We will notify you and provide an opportunity to cure non-payment where reasonable.

Disclaimer

Information and services provided by aileadva are offered on an 'as is' basis for business use. We provide tools and expertise to support AI adoption, but results depend on your data, processes, and environment. We do not offer professional, business, or legal advice within these materials.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for direct damages shall be limited to the fees paid to aileadva for the services giving rise to the claim in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost benefits. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence where applicable law prohibits such limitation.

Third-party services

Certain features may rely on third-party providers. Integration with third-party systems is subject to their terms and conditions. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their performance or data practices.

Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement. We may also suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms or illegal activity.

Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable. We may delete or archive your data in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable law. Migration assistance can be arranged subject to fees and prior agreement.

Privacy and data protection

Our privacy practices are set out in the Privacy Policy on aileadva.pro. That policy explains how we collect, use, store, and transfer personal data and how you can exercise your rights.

Communications

We communicate with customers via email, phone, and official notices on aileadva.pro. Important service messages may be sent even if you opt out of marketing.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes affecting your rights will be communicated in advance where feasible. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact us to attempt resolution by negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction clause above.
